Dark chocolate made of Choroni beans with freeze-dried Tarocco blood orange
Discover our chocolate made with the exceptional cocoa beans of La Sabaneta farm in Choroni, Venezuela, reflecting the unique terroir and traditional farming methods of the region! The distinctive and refined flavour profile of the cocoa bean is characterised by the strong acidity of citrus fruits, the freshness of pink grapefruit and the subtle notes of lemongrass. This characteristic base is complemented by Tarocco blood oranges from Sicily, which create a perfect harmony with the chocolate thanks to their balanced, sweet-sour taste and low levels of bitterness. The carefully selected blood oranges are sliced into wedges and then freeze-dried using our own freeze-drying machine. The end result is a unique, vibrant taste experience with deep fruity layers of chocolate in every bite.
