CHOCOLATE BARS
In our first Atelier bean to bar collection we created ten different chocolate bars using our five, directly sourced bean varieties. All five of them are available as a plain chocolate bar and as a bar with inclusions with such exotic or rarely seen toppings as panko breadcrumbs or candied yuzu peel.
From our simple but amazing “Dark chocolate with cocoa nibs made of Chuao cocoa beans” to our “Dark chocolate made of Åkesson cocoa beans with candied yuzu peel” and the “Dark chocolate made of Kokoa Kamili cocoa beans with wasabi sesame seed” you will discover an array of treats, which are the result of months of experimentation.
